Yorkshire Mule
Ingredients
50ml Assay Roasted Rhubarb Vodka
150ml Ginger Beer
Juice of Half a Lime

Garnish
Sugar
A Wedge of Lime

Method
Cut a wedge of lime and run round the rim of your glass. Dip the glass rim into your sugar to create a sugar rim.
​
Fill your glass with ice to chill your glass.
​
Pour 50 ml of Assay Roasted Rhubarb Vodka into your glass and using a sieve pour in the fresh lime juice.
Add the Ginger beer an stir with a long handled spoon.
​
Garnish with your lime wedge and enjoy!
