Vodka Cocktails
Rhubarb Dutch Kula
Ingredients
50ml Assay Roasted Rhubarb Vodka
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Krupnik Advokat
30ml Lemonade

Garnish
Stick of Rhubarb

Method
Fill a shaker ¾ full with ice.
Pour in 50ml of Assay Roasted Rhubarb Vodka, 20ml Sugar syrup & 20ml Advocaat.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is too cold to hold.
Strain and pour into a chilled glass.
Top up with lemonade.
Garnish with a stick of rhubarb.
For our version of a snowball we use the Polish Krupnik Advokat (other Advokat/Advocaat is available)
