Part of the Hallmark Navy Strength Range, bottled at 61.5% ABV, The Edinburgh Edition represents the Traditional Hogmanay Cake 'Scotch Bun'. The Gin starts by steeping Raisins in Scotch Whisky for a few days before the other botanicals like Allspice, Stem Ginger in Syrup, Root Ginger and Almonds are added with the Juniper and other ingredients. Steeped for 24 hours before Distillation and only producing around 100 bottles per batch like the other Hallmark Editions. As the Scots say, Slainte Mhar!
